Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE AND 100% FOR NO CALLS/NO SHOWS.
THERE IS A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 MINUTES.
AFTER 10 MINS YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $15 LATE FEE.
AFTER 20 MINS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.
Deposits and all services (and fees) are NON refundable or transferable.
Only one (1) person is allowed in the treatment room. Please do not bring extra people.
